Vendor Information

Now that we are into the physical year 2024, we here at the Park County Events and Fair office are in full swings of preparations for the 2024 Park County Fair. With the Park County Fair being the biggest event in Park County, seeing between twelve and twenty thousand people in five days, we could not do it alone. We are currently looking for vendors to bring their added charms and hospitality to help us make 2024 our best fair yet!

If you are interested in being a food/concession or product vendor, please click on the 2024 Vendor Application to download the application packet. 

Applications are due May 15th. An additional late fee of 25% will be added if application is turned in after the May 15th deadline. Space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

New this year, we are also offering short term vendor applications. This will be for the vendors who would not be able to spend the entire week of fair with us. These spots will only be available if space is permitted. We will not upload these to our website until May 16, 2024.

We are trying to become more involved with our social media. Not only using it as advertising but to highlight everything that has to do with the fair. If you would like us to make a social media mention of your booth, we ask that you help write your script. We would ask you to tell us about yourself and let our visitors know what they should expect when visiting your booth. We also ask that you provide a photo of your booth set up and if you are a food vendor, a photo of your menu.
