Vendor Information

Now that we are into the calendar year 2026, we here at the Park County Events and Fair office are in full swings of preparations for the 2026 Park County Fair. 2026 is our 100th year on patented land! With the Park County Fair being the biggest event in Park County, seeing between fifteen and twenty thousand people in five days, we could not do it alone. We are currently looking for vendors to bring their added charms and hospitality to help us make 2026 our best fair yet!

Applications are due April 1st. An additional late fee of 25% will be added if application is turned in after the April 1st deadline.

We are also offering short term vendor applications. This will be for the vendors who would not be able to spend the entire week of fair with us. These spots will only be available if space is permitted. We will not upload these to our website until May 1, 2025. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THE 1st of JULY AT 5PM

We are trying to become more involved with our social media. Not only using it as advertising but to highlight everything that has to do with the fair. If you would like us to make a social media mention of your booth, we ask that you help write your script. We would ask you to tell us about yourself and let our visitors know what they should expect when visiting your booth. We also ask that you provide a photo of your booth set up and if you are a food vendor, a photo of your signature item.
