The Park County Fairgrounds is the perfect venue for any type of event. The fairgrounds has two spacious multi-purpose halls, two kitchens – one a certified commercial kitchen, several conference rooms, barns, arenas and outdoor entertainment spaces. The Park County Fairgrounds is truly the place to host your next event. Whether you are planning a wedding, company meeting, fundraiser, family reunion or party, we are the place to accommodate your needs. Plan your next event in one of our many rental facilities or outdoor spaces. The annual Park County Fair is held every year at the fairgrounds the last full week of July.
Special Occasions
The Park County Fairgrounds can easily accommodate all your wedding and / or reception needs. Our grounds feature both outdoor and indoor options as well as spaces large enough to hold your special day all in one location. You may also choose to select several facilities to make your celebration truly one of a kind.
The Heart Mountain Center is sure to wow you and your guests. It is a wonderful spot for larger wedding receptions featuring high ceiling, intimate lighting options and plenty of space to host a dance as well as dinner. The hall connects to both the certified commercial kitchen, the perfect location for preparing hors d’oeuvres and meals for your guests, and the two meeting rooms which work well as dressing or staging areas.
The Grove is a beautiful grassy outdoor setting nestled between several trees. This splendid option can be decorated to suit your taste and style with plenty of space for seating and privacy.
The Green is an excellent option for an outdoor venue wedding and reception. It is also large enough to accommodate a tent or awning. Positioned next to the outdoor open air pavilion, the two spaces can be combined to provide the best of outdoor celebrations.

Bridal & Baby Showers
Whether you need a large room for hundreds of guests or a small intimate setting, the Park County Fairgrounds has the right space for any celebration or shower.
The Homesteader Meeting Room is a great space for a small event. The room comfortably holds 40 guests and features a small kitchenette. This is a wonderful space for an intimate gathering.
Heart Mountain Meeting Rooms are very versatile and can be used as one large space or divided into two smaller rooms. With accommodations for 55, this is a great option for your celebration. Each room is equipped with countertops and sink. The large room also has a retractable projection screen.
Reunions
We have it all! Your family will love getting together at the fairgrounds! We have multiple camping sites, hot showers (year round) and a great outdoor or indoor space for preparing and eating meals.
The Green is an ideal location for games, obstacle courses, volleyball or races. Also located on the grounds are 8 horse shoe pits for all to enjoy.
The Open Air Pavilion allows for eating and entertainment. Have a talent show on the stage while eating or snacking on the 40+ picnic tables. The 4500 square foot space is also great for dancing.
Year Round Camping available.
Community Events
With the vast array of facility options, the fairgrounds is the place to hold any and all community activities and events. Prom, Homecoming Olympics, The Elks Easter Egg Hunt, Community Thanksgiving and Powell Valley Medical Foundation Mardi Gras as well as multiple fundraising activities annually happen at the Park County Fairgrounds.
